  1. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper cups and preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham crackers, salted butter and sugar in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir until all grahams are moistened with butter.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp of the crust to each muffin cup, pressing firmly into place to form an even layer.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, until crust has set and begins to brown.
  6. While crust bakes, heat jam and berries in a saucepan over medium-low heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove crusts from oven and pour jam mixture into each.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until topping is warm and bubbly.
  9. Cool completely before removing cups from pan and drizzle with warm peanut butter.


  • 1 1/2 cups crushed honey graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp Horizon Organic Salted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry jam
  • 1 cup strawberries and raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, heated until pourable
