Preparation

  1. Puree all ingredients except oats.
  2. Divide oats between four jars and top each with Grassfed Milk mixture.
  3. Stir and add the remaining mixture (you may have a little left over, depending on the size of your jars).
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve with fresh organic fruit and nuts.

ingredients

  • 2 cups Horizon Organic Grassfed Milk, whole or 2%
  • 2 organic bananas
  • 2 tsp. organic vanilla
  • 1 tsp. organic cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. organic powdered wheatgrass
  • 1/2 of a small organic lemon, scant 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 2 large handfuls organic baby spinach (2 cups packed)
  • 2-4 Tbsp organic honey, to taste
  • 2 cups organic old-fashioned rolled oats

To serve:

  • 1-2 cups mixed organic raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped organic pecans or other nuts, if desired
  • 4 (8 - 10 oz.) jars with lids
