Personal information collected from you. We collect personal information from you depending on our interactions with you, including when you:


Contact us: When you contact us, we collect your personal information (name, email address, and country) and any other information you choose to include in your correspondence. Under some circumstances, we may also collect your address and phone number. We use this personal information to respond to your questions, inquiries or requests, communicate with you, troubleshoot where necessary, and address any issues you may have.


Participate in a sweepstakes: If you participate in a sweepstakes, we will collect your personal information (name, contact information, and any other information you share). We use this personal information to administer the sweepstakes, to communicate with you and advertise to you. For information on our information practices with respect to a particular sweepstakes, please refer to the official rules of the sweepstakes and note that in some instances we are required to post information about winners to comply with applicable law.


Submit a bulk or wholesale inquiry: When you submit an inquiry, we will collect your personal information (name, email address, telephone number, and physical address) and any other information you choose to include in your correspondence. We use this personal information to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.


Communicate with you:  When we communicate with you, such as to provide newsletters, coupons or other updates, regarding events or programs, or via social media, we collect your personal information such as contact information and other personal information you share. We use this personal information to communicate with you, fulfill your requests, and send you information.

Within our family of companies: We may share your personal information within our family of companies including with our affiliates and subsidiaries, in order to efficiently carry out our business and to the extent permitted by law.

For a business purpose: We may share the following personal information for a business purpose:


  • personal identifiers and internet and other electronic network activity information with service providers that perform services on our behalf in connection with the Websites and other services. These service providers include our customer support call centers and IT hosting providers.
  • personal identifiers and internet and other electronic network activity information with IT support providers to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors, and maintain and improve the Websites.
  • personal identifiers and commercial information for research and development purposes to better understand how to improve our products and services.

Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms


We and other third parties use cookies, pixel tags, and other similar tracking mechanisms to automatically collect information about browsing activity, device type, and similar information on our Websites. This information, which may be considered personal information in some jurisdictions, is used for example, to analyze and understand how you access, use, and interact with our Websites; to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Websites; to assess, secure, protect, optimize, and improve the performance of our Websites; for marketing, advertising, measurement and analytics purposes; and to personalize content on our Websites. Pixel Tags and Similar Technologies. Pixel tags (sometime called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. We may use these tracking technologies to understand users’ activities, help manage content and compile usage statistics, and in emails to let us know when they have been opened or forwarded, so we can track response rates and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.


Third Party Analytics. We use third party tools, which are operated by third party companies to evaluate usage and traffic on our Websites and services. These third-party analytics companies use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to collect usage data to provide us with reports and metrics that help us analyze, improve, and enhance performance and user experience. Facebook PixelWe use Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. Your Privacy Choices


Marketing emails. You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in each email. Please note that we will continue to send you non-marketing emails necessary to the Websites, Services or any assistance you request.


Industry Ad Choice programs. You can control how participating third-party ad companies use the information that they collect about your visits to our Websites and those of third parties, in order to display more relevant targeted advertising to you. You can obtain more information and opt-out of receiving targeted ads from participating third-party ad networks by visiting


Cookie settings. You can set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set; you can also delete cookies. Do not track. We do not support Do Not Track (DNT). Do Not Track is a web browser setting that informs websites that you do not want to be tracked.

No security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the information we have collected from you.


General Audience Website


We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors. Our Websites are directed towards general audiences. If you are concerned that your child may have provided personal information to us, please contact us in the manner described in the Contact Us section below.
