Peanut Butter Fudge

Creamy, peanut buttery fudge fit for any occasion (or just to have at home). Really, only one word is needed: delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups Horizon Organic Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In saucepan, stirring constantly, bring sugar, milk and corn syrup to 234-240 degrees on candy thermometer (soft ball stage).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Pour into pan and cool several hours in refrigerator.
  5. Cut into small squares.
