1 column saltine crackers
2 sticks Horizon Organic salted or unsalted butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar or coconut sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips
Layer saltines on foil-lined 10"x15" pan. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Pour or spoon boiled butter/sugar mixture over saltines. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and spread the chocolate chips over the top of cooked saltines. Place back in oven until chips are soft (not long). Spread chips with the back of a spoon then place pan in refrigerator or freezer. Once cooled completely break into pieces. Store in a cool area.
