Limited Voluntary Product Recall
Horizon Organic Dairy voluntarily recalled specifically identified 6-packs of our Shelf Stable 1% Lowfat DHA Omega-3 Chocolate Milk Boxes, 8 fl. oz sold in the United States due to a packaging seal issue, which may cause the packaging of the product to appear bloated or be subject to leakage. The contents may be subject to premature spoilage and may have an unpleasant taste, odor, and/or texture.
Please note the specific Lot Code Expiration Dates for the product that is subject to Horizon’s voluntary recall, along with images of the product.
Corrective and preventive actions have been implemented to prevent recurrence.
If you purchased product that is subject to this voluntary recall, we advise you to throw the product away, keep your proof of purchase, including a copy of your receipt and available packaging information, and contact the company at 1-888-494-3020 to get more information about the recall and to learn more about whether you are eligible to receive a refund.
