Ingredients

1/3 cup Horizon Organic Milk
2 Tbsp Horizon Organic Yogurt
1 cup favorite fruit (frozen banana, berries, peaches, mango, apple or avocado)
Handful of spinach
Favorite toppings (fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, granola or muesli, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, honey or dried fruit)

Directions

Combine milk, yogurt, fruit and spinach in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
